NMEDA QAP

Quality Assurance Program — on the job, only when it belongs there.

Daedalus Customs uses a shop-side QAP packet on wheelchair-accessible and adaptive-equipment work. It is not NMEDA’s accreditation software, and it does not file with NMEDA for you. It keeps the evidence on the work order so the bay and the office are looking at the same job.

• Opt-in per job. A QAP checkbox. If the project is unrelated, the packet stays hidden.
• Identity. VIN and plate photos, NHTSA decode, manufacturer data plates on installed equipment.
• People. Employee and business certifications with issue dates, CE due dates, and expirations — so QAP work is not assigned to an expired NCT.
• Close-out. Inspection ticks live on the work order before time and materials are invoiced.
